You do need to call the consultant or at least the host (if you don’t have the consultants number) to get them to get in touch with home office to issue you a new one. Ideally you should have your receipt but to tell you the truth, if you call Pampered Chef yourself and YOU were the one who purchased it (like you didn’t buy it at a garage sale!) they can find your info for you and if it had a lifetime guarantee (as many of their things do) they WILL send you a new one. In other words, quick and easy, call your consultant. Long but sure, call PC.
