Where does BNSF publish tariff information on the COTs?

Each COT represents the results of negotiation for a tariff. BNSF will publish a tariff ICC BN 4091-series for each period for which COTs are sold. The Agricultural Commodities Unit in Ft. Worth, TX will provide a copy of that tariff upon request. A copy may also be found in the web site.
