where does jj redick go in the draft?

Currently projected to go in the top 20, but there's a good chance he'll fall further in the first round, maybe a slight chance of getting into the top 15. Redick is undersized for a 2 guard, with only slightly better than marginal athletic ability. He'll have a much more difficult time getting to the rim in the NBA, and it'll be harder for him to get perimeter shots with larger, faster players guarding him. He's very one-dimensional, as pure a shooter as you'll find, yet doesn't rebound, pass well, or defend very well. Most scouts agree he'll probably be a career role player, something like a slightly bigger, slightly more athletic version of Steve Kerr. I'll guarantee that there's no way he's drafted in the top 10. Oh, and I'm a long time Duke fan, so there's no bias against JJ on my part. Top 5 projections currently: 1.
