Where does the Environment Agency fit into a joint partnership approach to fly-tipping?
The Environment Agency and Local Authorities are responsible for different aspects of fly-tipping. Local Authorities deal with the smaller scale incidences of fly-tipping whereas the Environment Agency deal with the larger scale issues.
