Where in the United States is the best year-round climate?
Either coastal Southern CA or Hawaii. I live in San Diego and I think the climate here is the best after parts of Hawaii and even better in some aspects. It’s usually sunny, rarely rains and when it does it’s the weakest rain possible, and there is never severe weather. Humidity is low and temps are very mild. It’s usually 60-75 in winter during the day and 75-80 in summer. I don’t have AC and don’t need it and only use my heater about 4 nights a year.
