I just received these a few days ago and was supposed to write a review by the 16th but I do not do reviews until I at least have a chance to try the product, hence the late review lol. I started taking these right away , they are very easy to swallow and come in very nice gel caps that make it easier to take . I have no complaints with the supplement and did not suffer any side effects from it or any problems . I also have not felt much different but I know its really good for me at my age so I will continue to take it . I also know that it takes more than a few days to see any effect of taking supplements so Im sure its working its way to making me heart healthy as quick as it can . Sources:
