We are located at: The Village at Old Trace 3405 Dallas Highway, Suite 825 Marietta, GA 30064 Second floor- elevator access For appointments call: (678) 354-3500 Hours: Monday through Friday, 10am-5pm. Directions: The office is easily accessible from I-75. Exit at Barrett Pkwy and turn right onto Dallas Hwy. Proceed to Bob Cox Rd and turn left into The Village at Old Trace shopping center. The office is located on the right side of the parking lot in building #800 (look for the number on the left upper side of the building).
