The idea of Americans (or Scotsmen for that matter) lecturing Brazilians on race leaves one wondering whether to laugh or cry. Such is the craziness in which we live. Brazil doesn't have "black" people or "white" people. It just have Brazilian people -- end of story! Latin ethnicity is supraracial. Latinos, let's not allow the Germanic barbarians to infect us with their diseased fixation on race. We've never had this unhealthy obsession with skin color and race as they have, so why start now? By all means, take the good things and ideas they have to offer. But leave the bad!
