Copper can be found in nature as mineral form as a polycrystal. Most the copper is found within crustal rocks. It can be found in many places, but Chile was the top mine producer of copper with at least one-third world share followed by the USA, Indonesia and Peru. The largest single crystal measured is approximately 68 ppm by mass, and 22 ppm by atoms.
