Hawaii for the tourist is at least 4 Islands, the biggest one is at it far South, it can be named Hawaii or the Big Island. The main mistake is that Honolulu might be on Hawaii Island … which is false as it is Oahu. As well, Oahu is the most populated Island. The longest distance between Kauai (the Island of the North) and Hawaii is 350 miles. In comparison, it is 225 miles between Honolulu and Hawaii (at its most Southerly point). Honolulu is at 21.35 degree of latitude which is about the same as: Guadalajara (Mexico) and the middle of Cuba. To get to this latitude from Miami, you would have to go South for 300 miles and 1,300 miles South from New York City. Lost in the Pacific Ocean, Hawaii is around 2,500 miles from Los Angeles.
