I am running apache2 on Ubuntu.  Can someone tell me where httpd.conf is that I’m supposed to edit?

The httpd.conf is designed for user configurations. You really should not edit the apache2.conf as it may be updated by future upgrades. Ubuntu doesn’t use httpd.conf as standard.

Maybe divert from your main essay writers online project and focus on a smaller project/new habit you’ve been putting off to get back in the groove.

On Ubuntu, httpd. conf is located in the directory /etc/apache2

httpd.conf: historically the main Apache2 configuration file, named after the httpd daemon. Now the file does not exist. In older versions of Ubuntu the file might be present, but empty, as all configuration options have been moved to the referenced  directories.

What is your question?
