Where is Lactobacillus Found?
Lactobacillus acidophilus is a type of lactic acide bacteria which is used to ferment foods such as dairy, fruits and vegetables. The bacteria break down sugars, ingesting them, and they give off alcohol, carbon dioxide and lactic acid as a waste product.
