Thank you very much. I managed to find a similar recipe yesterday that I used for my women’s group meeting, but the one you sent looks much easier to follow and looks scrumptious. I appreciate you sending this to me. Just a note about the Coconut Pound Cake I made yesterday, I reduced the amount of milk by a 1/4 cup and added good rum in its place…suffice it to say, the ladies went wild for it! When I use your recipe next time I think I will make a butter-rum glaze. It’s okay to indulge on occasion! Have a great day, margaret1!
