We have lost thousands of good young Americans around the globe, in defense of freedom and liberty. Surely they did not all die in vain, only to let America slide off into the secular socialist abyss without as much as a whimper… Where is the political counter-balance to the extreme left currently free to assume full control of the free-market economy and every American taxpayer? Not all that long ago, we held “these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness.” We no longer hold these truths as self-evident or unalienable… It’s all up to ideological interpretation and negotiation now.
