Where is the Best Boutique Hotel in Cincinnati, Ohio?
When you go by the reviews it may make you think twice about staying there. I read them. The good ones are really good, the bad ones are really bad. Really no way to be neutral. I called the hotel, SEVERAL times. Each time I spoke with someone (I tried to call every shift) I was pleasantly surprised at the level of customer service I encountered. THEY WERE NICE and HONEST! What more could I ask for? Why not call the hotel itself? Why not also rely on the people that see this hotel every single day? Yes, they were honest, candid and considerate! So I arranged a visit to view a few theme rooms and regular rooms. The staff was friendly! Yes, the hotel does need updating. Some halls are a bit dirty. This is true. The outer building not near the pool is a bit older and the rates are cheaper due to the distance from the pool. My opinion is that is where most of the people stay that want a cheap room-and most of the time the clientele you get in those rooms can be unsavory.
a lovely boutique hotel, with a great location, around the corner from the Cincinnati Music Hall. We stayed in the Handel Room. Comfortable, clean, decorated with antiques, well worth the reasonable price for a Saturday night at the opera. Breakfast was good, although we ate lightly, as we were going to visit a chef later in the morning.
