Where is the Best Brazilian Bikini Wax in Chicago, Illinois?

I am new to Chicago and have been investigating spa’s in all different neighborhoods to be my new favorite spot. I am a frequent spa goar and consider myself to be somewhat of a connoisseur. I had heard good things about Spa Space so thought I would give it a try. I had a massage with Beth and it was wonderful. I have been having some pretty intense neck/shoulder problems and she worked on me very powerfully but delicately she even incorporated some techniques and stretches that I have not before experienced… which kind of says a lot. I also had a facial. The facial was just average. I really enjoyed the products and the overall process and technique of the facial however my facialist seemed not so interested and even rushed. Also, she had the music on so low I heard far more of construction and her chair squeaking than relaxing music. Lastly the “relaxation room” was definitely lacking. Three magazines, no music and I assume it must be near the break room because all i could hear wa

I went to Salon Envy on a recommenation of a friend after going to 3 places to get my highlights done..and not being happy with the results. I walked in and was greeting friendly. I thought the salon was cozy feeling and cute. I didn’t really care, as long as I liked my hair. I had been referred to Justyna, and I have to say I LOVE my hair for the first time in a LONG time! She listened to what I asked for, and helped make it happen. I will definately recommend her to friends, and I will be going back. I hope this is helpful to others looking for a salon with good stylists. Pros + Haircolor, cute salon, nice staffCons – parking lot busy at lunchtime!

The only reason I am giving this place 4 stars is because of parking. The other reviews say that there is plenty of parking, but I had to drive around for 10 minutes… maybe it’s because I am from out of town…but was late to my appointment because of it! Even though I was late, the stylist, Wintere (sp?) was still very cordial and didn’t make me feel rushed. Having said that, I was also not there for three hours, and I got highlights, some all- over color, and some type of gloss that I believe they called a toner at my old salon, AND a haircut. My hair is fine, thin, wispy, boring, plain, and dull. Now my hair is shiny, modern, super clean, stacked, and fricking amazing! I love my hair for the first time (not saying I didn’t like it before), but seriously LOVE it, and am so sad that I don’t live in Chicago. If you live in Chicago, I would recommend her for fine hair or if your hair is just boring like mine. Also, this cut was over a month ago, I live in Florida, and it has

Chicago has been graced with so many unique and incredible opportunities in business, entertainment, culinary delights, and the list goes on. It would only go to say that in keeping with Chicago?s lists of great fortune they would now be the benefactors of one of the best hair stylists in the world. And of course in keeping with Chicago tradition, at a fraction of the price we have paid for the privilege in Miami, and New York City.Gregory Dickinson recently moved from our little slice of paradise here in South Beach to be closer to his family and friends in Chicago, leaving behind a clientele wishing it wasn?t so. Many of us, me included have scrambled our staff and schedules to create business opportunities in Chicago to justify a flight to the windy city for a visit to Gregory?s new home Joseph Michaels Salon in the Gold Coast. How good is this guy? I am a 43 year old business executive who has lived in more than 14 states and a dozen countries over the years. Finding a good styl

I came to Salon Michael 10 years ago–tired of going to the “hottest salons” in the city. Paying too much and not getting the one on one attention I was looking for. I was introduced to Michael by a mutual friend. He insisted I come in for a “visit”. Probably because my hair was looking scary! Overprocessed and poorly cut. After that first visit, I realized Michael was a truly gifted hairdresser. He gives a wonderful cut, that stays in shape for a while. His specialty is color. I can’t tell you the hundreds of women I’ve witnessed come in with that “color disaster” and leave looking lavish. He nails the color suited to you. He is happy to provide input. Best of all, Michael is 100% focussed on you while you are in his chair. None of that, chatting, taking calls, letting another emplyee “finish you up”. You feel special from the moment you walk through the door. Marcella greets you at the door. You feel immediately comfortable. Amy gives terrific manicures and Rita is one of the best es
