This place is so full of great food you can’t even begin to sample the stuff you will enjoy before you are fuller than you ought to be in the first place–but there is still so much you want to taste.I have been to buffet restaurants and mostly the food that sits on a steam table is not very good.This place has 4 separate grills always cooking with german sausages, fajitas, marinated chicken breasts, a couple kinds of fish, and whatever else they can fit on all that massive grilling surface. You have stuff that is fresh and hot.Of course, the selection of freshly-fried foods like butterflied shrimp and hush puppies will bloat you, and the vegetable table is usually very good. Hot entrees are quite good, and there is always a variety of authentic Penn Dutch food on the buffet, not just pork & kraut or shoofly pie. Shady Maple is also a bakery.
