While you work is a great dry cleaner. We’ve been using them for about a month now. I decided to write a review after I asked them to do some alterations. They actually measured me and everything right there. I didn’t have to go anywhere, no fitting, no sizing, and they brought the clothes back four days later… PERFECT FIT! I was so amazed! I was so impressed. I recommend this service to anyone who is tired of putting up with the hassle of going out of their way to get a service that they are paying for. If you’re paying for it, they should do it for you. That’s what this company does. Well done while you work, well done.Pros + alterations on the spot, easy to pay, friendlyCons – none

Village Cleaners benefits from its proximity to Vanderbilt. They even offer a nominal vandy discount. Still, going here as a customer is not worth it because you’re clothes don’t always come back clean or wearable. If you have shirts or other cotton garments that you need cleaned, starched and pressed–BEWARE your clothes will come back unwearable and hard as a board (carelessly overstarched) and when this happens the people at the desk will act defensive, rude and will do little to fix the problem. One time, a white garment that I had was stained yellow after incorrect starch preparation and pressing. The people who work at the desk are snotty and act rather entitled to your business, even though their service and attitude are poor and their prices are high. It is unfortunate.Pros + good location; vandy discount (although this does little to cut costs)Cons – Rude and arrogant staff, unreliable and poor cleaning, Overpriced
