I’ve been to this restaurant twice now. The first time, I must admit it was fun; we sat outside on a beautiful afternoon, had a decent server, but basically had beers and appetizers. The second time was not as nice; we sat upstairs, which I found to be stuffy and uncomfortable. My lunch was little more than an overfried piece of fish on soggy toast – no flavor. Our waitress was more interested in talking to her co-workers about aftershift plans than taking care of her customers. I doubt I’ll go back unless it’s for cocktails and a place to rest my feet

The smell of the smoker fills your nostrils with a wonderful odor as you drive through the parking lot. The only thing better than the smell is the taste of the ribs falling off the bone onto your tongue. Wow! Tender and delicious. The pulled pork, chicken and brisket are to die for. If you want something lighter there are unique salads and sides to choose from. While you’re munching on the ribs, do not miss the Mac N Cheese. Ron has put something like five different cheeses onto those large tender zitis. Try crumbling a little bacon onto that and heaven help you. They have a multitude of different beers on tap as well as a large assortment of local beers in the bottle. They are also know for their bourbons. If you go later, they have blues and jazz artists three to five times a week. A wonderful place to come and hang out. They have large screen televsions all over and the NFL football packages as well as the college games. Go and enjoy the Down Home feeling and tickle
