This hotel is poorly managed and has some maintenance issues. First off, our room smelled of urine. We booked the hotel assuming that we would be able to use the whirlppol and indoor pool, but the whole pool area smelled so strongly of chlorine that it made our eyes burn and we had to leave. That was disappointing for us….

Overall the stay was good. I like the location as I was on the Plaza quite often. The lobby, restaurant and hallways were well maintained. The pool needed to be cleaned (it wasn’t disgusting – it just needed a little vacuuming.) The rooms are nice, however, mine smelled. Possibly smoke even though the hotel is non smoking now.
