OK, so I’m not going to sit here and tell you that this place is so good that you practically deficate your britches, but I think this is a solid lunch joint. They have decent selections for the price. Sure, the parking situation makes you want curse your brains out, but hey, this is Nashville. Parking is awful everywhere here, and it’s nothing a few peach belinis can’t take care of. Anyway, there’s something latently delightful about the passive-aggressive waitstaff. Clad in black and covered in Wicka tattoos, it’s apparent most of them never grew out of the Emo phase. However, waiters are quick both in service and wit. Never a dull conversation. While I wouldn’t recommend the biscuits (those puppies are canned), they have a killer fried-green tomato BLT. The pannini options are kind of predictable, but good. I thought the pannini was dead along with portabello mushrooms, green bell peppers, and salmon cooked on a wood plank. However, the very sandwich that Panera Bread b

I’ve eaten here a few times: a couple at the old location, and a couple at the new one. At the old location, it won Best of Nashville for “Restaurant with a View”, now it’s tucked next to overflow parking for downtown events. Coming from the northeast where Italian food abounds, I was never blown away by the food. I mean, it’s good. It’s just not what you’d want for a last meal on deathrow. The last time I went (at the new location), I was uninspired. The food was (again) just OK, but this time they had to raise the prices to cover the move to the new location. Needless to say, it wasn’t that great to begin with, and was overpriced at the old location. This is a bit sad, given that there really aren’t many non-franchise Italian restaurants in Nashville, and just about all of them are merely acceptable in the food dept, and in that regard, they’re usually inconsistent. Sadly, I’ve taken to eating at the upper-end franchises, as the food is always good (if not terribl

2 glasses of wine, three ribeyes with salads, grilled shrimp dinner, one bud light and one mudslide, appetizer $200.81 (tip included) Experience of a great restaurant – well worth itIt was great service, good food and a nice calming atmosphere. Not a place that I would go all the time, but for the special occassion, then I would def recommend. Pros + Nice Atmosphere, friendly staffCons – Expensive-not the best we ever had

We take group vacations every year and we have a seafood Friday at every city we attend. This was the most satisfying so far. There was 10 in our party and a few are self proclaimed “seafood experts”. We were seated right away and then we got busy for what we came for, our farewell to Nashville seafood night. We ate crab legs, frog legs, oysters, very very good orange roughy, seafood salad, seafood chowder, pasta alfredo with huge chunks of chicken, prime rib, bbq ribs, corn on the cob, cheese bread, homemade pecan pie…just a variety of good food and it was GREAT!!!! …even the tossed salad was very good. The waiters were very nice and I love the fingers bowls they have on your tables. My one complaint is the smoke from the smoking section traveled over into the non – smoking section. Luckily it was near the end of our meal. But, the waiter mentioned that it will be a non smoking environment in August. That’s even better.Pros + Parking, Food, Ambience, ServiceCons –
