Where is the Best Fremont Shop in Seattle, Washington?

I’m glad to see that I’m not just especially repugnant to the salespeople at Les Amis. I’ve shopped there for a few years, naively hoping that I would perhaps be treated as an equal (if not as a customer) at this boutique at some point – but no more. While Les Amis’s inventory is quite extensive and unique for Seattle, it just doesn’t compensate for the cold, glassy-eyed stares and aloof attitudes that one receives for daring to step into this supposed bastion of “Euro style in funky Fremont”. Yes, there’s certainly funk, and it’s not the good kind. While their clothes are nice, their poorly trained sales staff detracts significantly from the overall shopping experience.Pros + nice varietyCons – untrained service

I don’t do too much shopping, but when I do go I like to buy everything at once. This place is great for me. They have all sorts of gear, hats, coats, shoes, shirts, and a whole denim bar !! I didn’t know what that meant, but basically a lot of cool jeans others stores don’t sell. The owners are very courteous and helpful. The prices are fair and the location is just right over the fremont bridge so its pretty convenient. Parking can be kinda tricking though, I usually park under the antique mall down the street and walk up. They even have a cool dog that hangs out in the store !!Pros + 1921 Jeans, orginal gear you don’t see out and about.Cons – Parking

The title pretty much says it all. Deluxe Junk carries pretty much everything under the sun, especially when it comes to used hidden treasur…

The Sunday market tradition is alive and well in Fremont in the summers, truly a place to see and be seen. It’s also a great place to pick up junk, and I use that term with affection. Have you ever wanted to buy used cowboy boots? Or a manequin? Well this is the place for those of us who like to make random purchases that we may soon regret, but learn to love. It’s a sprawling market with a lot of enthusiasm right on the water in Fremont – good fun, and good (or bad depending on your outlook) abound. Regardless, it’s a fun way to spend a Sunday afternoon.

Jill is the owner, but she’s also your best friend in this store. She always knows exactly what is going to look good on me, and is awesome at pairing things together, adjusting fit for your shape… I could go on and on, but if you’re looking for personal attention and an amazingly friendly atmosphere, you can’t go wrong with Impulse. Jill does a blog, too – it shows modeled photos of all of the stuff in the store – I subscribe to the email updates and usually end up picking something up online as a result. The return policy is always kind – in-store credit , but a lot more flexible than many boutiques. Definitely a must-hit if you’re in the area!Pros + Friendly staff, Good return policy, Great Selection, they will reimburse for parkingCons – hard to find (underground) and pricey
