I recently found Essence VIP online. I emailed Terez explaining the hairloss I endured due to wearing hair extensions for 14 years and the hardship of having ezcema. Terez emailed me back immediately explaining in detail the products she provides that would help me with my damaged hair and scalp sensitivity. I was fortunate enough to get an appointment the following week and was delighted. I couldn’t believe the healthy state she returned my damanged hair to. My husband and kids were quite surprised. I found Terez and the staff at Essence VIP to be very caring and professional. I was impressed when she noted the products she used on my hair and kept a record of the styling she did for me.
