I was so overwhelming impressed with everything about this store. The employees are friendly funny and sincere. They are very knowledgable and treat you like royalty even if you are not there to buy. They have this most exquisite selection of semi-precious gem and sterling silver jewelry that I have honestly ever seen. Beautiful selection, beautiful store, they also have all sorts of curios from the world over. My husband and I recently moved to Portland and have a wonderful new home to decorate. We purchased two carpets from Brian and Rebecca at Kush. The reason I describe Kush as perfection is the combination of quality, integrity, and service. It?s rare. During the sale process they worked with us to answer questions and join us in the adventure of picking out two rugs to bring home. Also rare, no attitude. Part of the process is to bring home a few choices and live with them for a few days. A great thing to do in evaluating what will really work in your home. A month after purchasing and living with our carpets we had a few maintenance questions. Rebecca was at our house and walked us through the information that we needed. They took forever on my bathrooms making my remodel project late, and then did an average at best job despite all the time it took. Customer service related to this unsatisfactory experience was quite lame. There are better tile contractors out there who are faster. I would know because we had one of the showers redone again – less than half the time and twice the quality.
