Where is the Best Hotel Dining in Nashville, Tennessee?
My wife & I spent 4 nights at the Opryland hotel over the New Year Eve weekend. We are repeat visitors. Our experience with the check in desk was wonderful. We found them the be very friendly, cheerful, helpful yet professional through our process of checking in & out. The housecleaning staff mostly is extremely limited in the English language but always smiled & said hello. Our atrium room view was once again was simply beautifyl. We have eaten here several times and the food is extremely good. Service is a little slow, but when everything is cooked from scratch, I do not mind waiting. I had the macadamian nut encrusted grouper, which was excellent. They even substituted the rice for asparagus for me. Since it is a hotel, they automatically add 18% gratuity to the bill, but as long as you are aware of this it is no problem. Just look at the bill and it says it plainly that the gratuity has been added! We will be going back again. I can’t recommend the Sunday brunch, it is just average, but all of the other meals we have eaten there were excellent.Pros + The food! The view isn’t bad either…Cons – Sunday brunch
