Where is the Best House Cleaner in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania?

We had Merry Maids cleaning everyother week for sometime. It always seemed like they cleaned up very fast and I was impressed. Turns out they just weren’t doing a very good cleaning. Also they broke one of my $400 Lladros and taped the head back on with scotch tape. Then said my kids (who are in the 30’s and don’t live with me) might have done it. Uh.. no. They have still yet to pay me for it’s repair. Now I have a married couple come in and they do a wonderful job, take the time to do it, and it’s less expensive than Merry Maids.

Although Pride Klean advertises that satisfaction is guaranteed, don’t believe it. A very poor job was done at my house — areas not cleaned. trash cans not emptied, etc. When I told them of my dissatisfaction, they did absolutely nothing. Other area cleaners such as The Maids come back and clean again. Plus they at least apologize, which Pride Klean did not do. Would not use them again!Pros + NoneCons – Did not do a good job cleaning & difficult to schedule time

They pulled speaker wires out of the wall. They knocked the glass shower doors off the tracks and then put them back on backwards. They left entire rooms uncleaned. Each time an issue came up I called Michael and his staff and NEVER did they offer to pay for any of the damage. The last straw was when they used bleach on the no wax floor, stripping the finish and leaving the house filled with such a strong bleach odor that I was required to sit in the house with all the windows open, in the freezing cold for over two hours. When I politely sent an email stopping the service and requesting a refund for the last “cleaning” a very rude young wo
