Where is the Best Karaoke in Detroit, Michigan?
Eh, I guess this place is cool when going for the first time. It gets old fast?mainly because most of the patrons are OLD. You get a lot of people in their 40s?especially cougars looking for younger guys. It?s not a frat boy kinda of place. You also see a lot of bridal/bachelor party groups there. The music is too loud at times, but the DJ doesn?t care. You get a lot of divorced people there?kinda weird.
As far as dive bars go, this is one of the worst that I have been to. The bartenders are bitchy and only tend to you when it is convenient for them. I have been here many times to try to see if it is one certain bartender, but it is the entire staff. No good songs on the jukebox, seriously, they haven’t changed their songs in about 4 years. Yes, their prices are cheap, but their food sucks, it is REALLY oily and greasy, which if you like that I guess you will like it there. You always smell like smoke and a lingering smell, that I highly suspect is vomit, after you leave the place. Parking is always horrible, unless you go in the afternoon, when the parking lot is pretty empty and the bartenders are even worse. Overall, definitely someplace I would skip if you don’t have your shots, and not the alcoholic kind!
