Where is the Best Latin Food in Atlantic City, New Jersey?
Two days ago I celebrated my birthday at MIXX, I brought in 24 people on the guest list which means all the guys paid $20 and the ladies came in for free. 10 of us got bottle service and were taken to the “VIP” AREA which is just a bunch of couches on the second floor without any privacy. First of all the prices on their website for bottle service are no the actual prices they have on their menu. We paid for 2 bottles of some nasty vodka, not even goose, $340 per bottle. That was fine, we just wanted to have fun. Second, the whole point of having VIP is to have a place to sit with your friends, feel SAFE, and be able to leave your purse on the couch while dancing. All the girls did that around me so I didn’t worry about it. I danced the whole time within 3 feet of my bag anyway.The place emptied at about 3am, we were leaving at 4am to get picked up by our limo. We went here for dinner and there were 8 in our party. We were seated promptly. From the outside, you would be skeptical about the restaurant but the food was good. Portion size was big, good for sharing. Most of us tried the combo. I tried their seafood dish and it was satisfying. The price was not bad. I love their guacamole! Worth the trip and worth going back again.
