We were pleasantly surprised to find out that we live right around the corner from a restaurant as fine as Divan’s Turkish Kitchen. It’s a great addition to the neighborhood. The food has been exquisite both times we’ve eaten there, not to mention the enchanting atmosphere. To enhance your experience, we highly recommend that you bring cash and get there before 5pm to get 30% sliced off your tab. So far we have tried and loved these appetizers: Mantarli karides sote (Sauteed shrimp with mushrooms) & the Mucver (zucchini pancake) and these entrees: Kuzu Pirzola (lamb chops), Karides G?ve? (shrimp casserole), and Pirin?li Ispanak (sauteed spinach with rice). We can’t wait to try everything on the menu. Pros + Delicious food, great atmosphere, friendly/flexible staff

Went to Ernestos on a recommendation from a friend. Was going to a concert at the Kimmel and wanted something close by that was reasonably priced, and also somewhere that I could get into on a Saturday night. Was able to get reservations with no problem. The service was excellent, the food was delicious and the overall price was reasonable. Our two entrees were the crab cakes and the night’s special, flank steak served on a bed of arugula. We were both very pleased with our dinners. The owner came around and greeted us in a very friendly manner, which added a nice personal touch to the overall atmosphere of the place. I could tell that the other diners also appreciated it. We were able to sit and enjoy dessert and coffee afterwards without feeling rushed. Overall, very pleased and would definitely return to Ernestos.Pros + service, quality of foodCons – didn’t especially like the "back room"; would prefer the front or outside dining option

We went to dinner at bistro st tropez last night (saturday) and had a great time with the food but very dissapointed with the service. Our server was a short girl with short hair. She was probably very new at serving since she knew nothing about the menu or the wine list. We wanted a bottle of red but she was so unsure that we ended up getting just 2 glasses of wine each. Our server came to our table once or twice and we felt ignored. We didnt even get her name( she might have said Nandy or something). The food saved the day. It was beautiful and tasty. Loved everything about our bass, scallops and tuna. great flavor combinations and perfectly cooked. I would definately go back for the food, not care so much about service. Pros + Food, viewCons – Bad Service

Tony Luke’s is a Philly tradition. If you’re looking for a cheesesteak or a chicken parm sub, this is the place to go before a Flyers, Phillies or Sixers game. And now they’re even open on Sundays before Eagles games! But if you’re looking for the absolute best roast pork sandwich on the planet, then Tony Luke’s is the place to go. The roast pork Italian comes with either broccoli rabe or spinach rabe and SHARP provolone cheese. Without hesitation I can honestly say this is the single best sandwich I’ve ever tasted. The pork has a delicious spice, the rolls are cooked on-site, the broccoli rabe has a nice zing to it and the cheese is melted heaven. Honestly, if you’re a Philly guy, you know this place. If you’re not and happen to be in Philly, do yourself a favor and head to Tony Luke’s. I guarantee you won’t be disappointed.
