Great breakfast. Lots of options. The room was spacious. Comfortable. Nice bathroom. The front desk was helpful, polite, going the extra mile when asked. The hotel has an array of travel books – that I borrowed. They also have winery tasting coupons – ask them!!! We were disappointed to find our room was bottom floor, facing parking lot, by the…

I have been to green about 4 times and have been pleased at each visit. My husband and I only eat out about two meals per week. I cook at home often so I dont mind having a fried entree when I go out.The chicken fried wheat meat, mashed potatoes, sweet potato fries (well done), refried beans, zucchini enchiladas, brown rice, taco salad, neat loaf and pop corn tofu poboy are all great! The place is eclectic with staff who are well versed on the menu and vegetarianism.Green does not claim to be a health oriented eatery, but they have offered healthier options lately. The hummus platter, sweet apple salad, raw wrap and more can be ordered if you choose. The price is right too.Pros + The food and ambianceCons – parking – but no big deal

Aside from making me never want or need to cook again (their meatloaf, meat balls and salads put me to shame, even though I AM a good cook), I LOVE the free valet parking (no tipping accepted). Drop off your car (no need to drag the 4 year old through the hectic parking lot), shop ’till you drop, then hand the cashier your valet ticket – and -*poof!*, your car appears at the door near your cashier and your groceries are loaded in as you strap in the kiddies. As you drive off, serene for a moment, a friendly waves sends you on your way. I CAN’T resist the homemade tortillas, the DELICIOUS chocolate cookies and all of the other wild and wonderful goodies on the shelves. The produce is just the best. I wish that I lived closer – I would eat like a king and never cook again!Pros + service, service!, GREAT FOOD, amazine varietyCons – I always buy too much

This little bar is great it has the feel of a small Manhattan place were you could rub elbows with movie stars and indie singers but it is small and don’t expect a cheap menu or to have a intimate conversation at best this place is a great rendezvous spot for a group of friends before heading downtown to more trendy bars but be for warned two is company and three is a crowd and the Liberty Bar is a place you don’t want to bring your entire crew too. Bartenders are chatty and know there drinks food is elegant and not what San Antonio is used to end of story on a trendy saturday night this is were cool people hang.

I love eating at Pam’s! Lunchtime my favorite is the salmon sandwich. I know I was reluctant at first but my friend urged me to try it and it is awesome. It is grilled salmon with a chipolte mayo that is perfect.! Yum I am getting hungry! My boyfriend loves the Reuben! They have this great bread they make there to go with the salads and soup and my salmon sandwich is made with it as well.Dinner works different with waitstaff instead of lunchtime counter service. The menu is different too. I can still get my salmon sandwich but last week I had this chicken dish with fresh tomato and basil on some sort of polenta. Awesome- I don’t remember the name of the dish but it was a special. My boyfriend had the ribeye and almost licked his plate. Our waitress was really cute and bubbly. The place rocks – great food, fun atmosphere, and an attentive staff!Pros + Great food, exceptional staff, and a patio!Cons – Sometimes they are soooo busy!
