This is an Aveda salon, so you know the products are great. All natural, no chemicals, no animal testing and products for every type of hair and skin. The make up is understated and in the latest colors. Candles and fun decor are also available.They have pedicures and manicures in addition to hair styling, color, & perms. The staff gets regular training on the latest trends and I have seen all ages of men, women and children there. A cup of hot herbal tea or coffee is always offered when a client walks in.My favorite stylist is Coley Blank. She has a knack with color that is amazing. I know she’ll only choose colors that fit my hair and skin tones, so I let her experiment every time I go. I have yet to have her do anything I didn’t love. Coley keeps the salon lively joking with the rest of the staff and keeping things light. I have referred several friends to Coley and they have all been happy with the quality of her work and the humor she spreads around like sunshine.I have been
I had been seeing the same stylist for years. I knew I had a loyal relationship with her before she had retired. My daughter has been seeing a stylist at Estetica named Emily. My daughter reassured me that Emily would be a perfect fit for my hair needs. Having full trust in my daughter I went to the salon. I had a hard time finding the salon, but after a few minutes of driving around I finally found the salon. I was greeted with a huge smile by the most wonderful receptionists! Emily really took the time to discuss my needs and what I was looking for. She even suggested some new hairstyles. She was so helpful and very patient. I walked out of the chair feeling extremely confident and felt like a hundred bucks!! I was so excited to walk into work the next day with my new cut and color! I look forward to my next appointment.
I chose this salon to do my hair for my wedding because my fiance had given me a gift certificate to Sanctuary for Christmas. It is a very nice salon, and for the most part I was happy with my hair trial a week before my wedding. SO…the day of my wedding I had a 4:00 p.m. appointment (evening wedding) and I go to the reception desk to check in, and the girl told me that I had CANCELLED my appointment and rescheduled for the following WEDNESDAY. Of course I had done no such thing. Why would I do that? It didn’t help that the girl at the front desk was rude and arrogant and completely unhelpful. Luckily the person who my stylist was “supposed” to see at that time (because they had booked her with someone else) hadn’t shown up yet, so I got in, but I was completely unimpressed with that whole experience. When I finally got in I asked my stylist what happened and she said that she had noticed on her schedule that they had switched me to Wednesday and she thought that was “weird.” Yeah,
