I (used to) love trivia night but I’ve stopped going. Mostly because the dude that hosts the trivia lacks a sense of humor and the ability to add correctly. He always messes with our points and even goes so far as to censor our names. I mean, seriously buddy, who made you in charge of our freedom of speech. Get over yourself, it’s a bar and we’re just having fun! I HATE THAT GUY!!! It a shame because we used to go every week and we’ve moved to the Thinking Man’s trivia night until this guy gets fired. Ugh!!Pros + Great atmosphere and great staff!!Cons – Terrible pick in trivia host

My husband and I visited here for the first time this past Saturday night, and LOVED IT! We arrived at 5:45 and were seated right away. We did notice that it got crowded very quickly after that, and there were quite a few people waiting up front. Our waitress was very friendly, and took wonderful care of us. The crabcake appetizer was very good, as were our entres. I had the scallop tacos, and my husband had catfish. We will definitely return.Pros + Excellent food

You won’t find better chopped BBQ in Atlanta in my opinion: the meat is fresh, you get a choice of 6 sauces, and the portions are generous. The hush puppies are little but extremely good. I always get an extra side of the puppies! The burgers are pretty good, but nothing to write home about. Unless you just have to have a burger, stick with ribs or chopped BBQ. The service is excellent: they don’t pester you, but they don’t ignore you either. The draft is always great.Pros + food, atmosphere, outdoor eating avail.Cons – not open for lunch

I went there for brunch two weeks ago and it was fabulous – huge buffet with yummy, fresh food (both cold and hot options) and attentive chef service. One of the best brunches in Atlanta by far for the food. However, service was definitely mediocre and our brunch took twice as long because the waitress was not attentive. The wait was a big surprise as she only had to serve us drinks, and for much of the time we were her only table. So go if you have time to spare!Pros + Great food, nice space & locationCons – Bad service

As a Pittsburgh native and Die Hard Steelers Fan, I was so excited to find Charlie Mopps, where tons of Steeler fans gather on game days! Now, my boyfriend and I got to CM’s at least once or twice a week whether the Steelers are playing or not! The beer selection is obviously their specialty, and its really fun to try new beers everytime we go, but the service is also awesome (everyone is really friendly and knowledgeable about the vast beer selection) and the food is so yummy! They offer the standard bar fare (chicken wings, burgers, etc.) but they also have some delicious salads and sammys and their trademark fried green beans! They are completely addictive. My faves are the Mushroom Swiss burger and the Heart Healthy salad. Its definately a great place to try if you’re in the mood to sit and mingle while sampling beers from around the world and munching on great food. Their Trivia nights are great too- especially the Family Feud night (which used to be Friday, but it changes..
