Where is the Best Photographer in Atlanta, Georgia?
If we’re talking about the professionals I’ve interacted with, it’s probably Splento. I called them for several events and I really liked the results. Check out examples of their work on Pinterest https://www.pinterest.com/splentos/splento/. So I think you’ll be satisfied. This is my experience.
After having our photos done with 3 children and coming back to view the digital proofs twice, they LOST half of our digital photos. We had to follow up with them the whole time; never the other way around. We did do a reshoot (since we paid $125 for a sitting fee) and had to follow up with them again to get the pictures on their website. 2nd photos are not nearly as good. No good portait photo of my daughter. Shadows on her face, no smiling. Can’t pick a good photo out of the bunch. Staff joke about losing our photos. Manager has never followed up with us. Have not received an actual apology for losing our 1st set of photos. This has become a total waste of time and money for us.
I think I’ve worked with every agency photographer in metro Atlanta over the past ten years, so I know what to expect. In May I hired Ken and his staff at the last minute to shoot photos at our annual awards banquet in Marietta. The on-site printing service they provided was so popular, I got a raise! Since the awards banquet I’ve hired Ken to do two family photo shoots, my brothers wedding, and he now does all of the company headshots for our Alpharetta office and we’ve never been disappointed. I’m usually not one for posting on these things, but these days, when I find good service, I want to tell everybody!
