I dno’t mean to be rude, but you asked this yesterday and got some excellent answers. http://www.petfinder.com is the best place to go to adopt dogs from legit rescues. I also gave you a link to the US Papillon club yesterday. They should be able to put you in touch with the Canada Papillon club that should be able to put you in touch with Papillon rescue.
