Where is the Best Plumber in Seattle, Washington?
Jim from Button Plumbing in Renton finally got here about 10:00 this evening, after seeing all the other appointments that were lined up before us, and was able to assess the situation. He still had a smile on his face after a very long day of emergencies due to the ice storm in the area. He found there was a water switch-off valve just for the water faucet on the outside of the house that had caused a broken pipe, so he was able to turn that off and turn the water back on for the rest of the house. He said he’ll be able to fix the broken pipe later in the year when we want to have it done, but that we don’t need to worry about it right now since we don’t need to be using that faucet. He was only here for about 15 minutes and could make the assessment quickly. He was a very friendly guy who seems very knowledgable and I would highly recommend him for any people who need help with plumbing. I can’t really speak much to their price, being a first time home owner I’ve never had any need to call a plumber before, but co-workers and friends indicate it was very reasonable. However, I can say the guy showed up right when he said he would, got right to work on the plugged tub and when he was done made sure there was nothing else we needed and went on his way. In and out and everything was back to normal in the tub in around 15 minutes which is good since they bill by the quarter hour and not by the job. I’ve used Stalwart Plumbing for installing our water heater and other odd jobs for the last couple of years. The owner is very honest and ethical – a rare commodity in his line of profession. He will NOT rip you off unlike other plumbing companies in the market. We have referred him to a number of our friends and associates, and they all sing his praise.
