We spent a birthday dinner at Harry’s before going to a show at the Fine Line. The ambiance was bland and the lighting terrible, as we were seated in the front room by the door, very cold in the winter too.The waitress, obviously not concerned due to the obligatory 15% added to groups of 8 or more, was unattentive. She did not bring salads before the meal, the food was cold and the scallops not cooked through. Since she did not bother to check, and we had a show to get to, so we were left unsatisfied. In addition, despite the gifts and toasting, she didn’t bother to recognize the birthday, which at most restaurants would be obvious. The only positive thing iabout the restaurant s free parking. As for the waitress, she ordered us a cab. Thanks Marcy!Pros + ParkingCons – Service, food

the food is always good ,the wait people are friendly and some times the wait might be long to get your food but only seems to happen on very busy days, all in all I had a nice time and will go back again.Pros + best shrimp aroundCons – pricey

The decor is absolutely decadent. I ordered a grilled cheese with a bowl of soup. The cream soup was outstanding. However, the grilled cheese left something to be desired, like melting. A very fresh location with many lunch options. I would highly suggest this place for lunch. Pros + Great SeatingCons – White Bear Lake

I’ve enjoyed seeing Signature transform itself over the years. I’ll go back to this incarnation because of the ambiance and the careful preparation of food, but I thought the place could use some subtlety. great crab cakes, served drenched in maple syrup, drowning in dried blueberries, atop heavy rice. salad oversauced and also used sweet /heavy flavors (berries, huge clumps of cheese) to add body where it wasn’t needed. Nathalie was charming, but didn’t get that we were having an intimate dinner and so didn’t want to chat with her. All in all, I want this place to work, and hope it does so by evening out its palate and service.Pros + reasonable price, quiet ambiance, friendly, boldCons – uneven food style, uneven service

Kincaids makes fantastic food. You get what you pay for though as well. The restaurant itself is in the ground floor of an office building. It has nicely maintained gardening around the dining area to separate it from the building entry. Still, you can get the feeling you are in a big food court.Menu choices are varied and they have many temporary or seasonal items so you can always find something new.The bar is rather drab and smells of smoke. They could use better air scrubbers. The bar usually has an array of saloon specialties that are available almost immediately. So if you are rushed, you have multiple choices.Overall, it is good, but can become expensive to eat there regularly.Pros + friendly staff, good foodCons – food court atmosphere, expensive
