What a terrific experience dining at the Grate Steak. You can select from a number of cuts of the finest beef and you can let the kitchen prepare it or — and here’s the real fun — cook it yourself over their indoor charcoal grill. Drench it in butter and spices as it is cooking for trememdous flavor. Do up your own toasted garlic bread over the grill, too. It doesn’t really matter if you know what you are doing, their steaks are so good I have not yet found a way to ruin one (besides, there is staff to assist you should you need it.) So make the trip and have a great steak at The Grate Stea
What a gem to find in the middle of “the Strip”, great service succulent tender beef cooked the way truly great beef should be cooked, impecable service and all in a romantic yet casual atmosphere.And parking isn’t a big issue the 9th street garage is a block away, less than 5 min stroll….Pros + quality food, terrific staff, great value for the $Cons – , needs area for daters
The only place I like better than Texas Steakhouse is Ruth’s Chris Steakhouse. I have NEVER had a Texas Filet I didn’t like and is ALWAYS cooked the way I like it. I’ve NEVER had to return a steak because it was over or undercooked.Their rolls are delicious too.We always treat ourselves to Texas on our birthdays, when they clap, sing, and provide us with a deliciously warmed brownie, covered with a melted Herseys Chocolate bar.Thanks, Texas. … Hmm, Hmm, Good. … Bill, Blacksburg, VAPros + Delicious Filet Mignons, rolls, and Sweet PotatoCons – It’s a bar, but the dining room is separate, so it’s not too bad.
