Spain meets Asia in this progressive fusion experience. From 20 varieties of Asian tapas to saki-enhanced martinis, Roppongi provides the chance to sample world-wide flavors and textures, with unique and tasty presentations. Diners can make a meal of just the tappas, and just deciding among the seafood, meat, and veggie options can fill the evening. The service is top-notch, with the waitstaff eager to provide detailed descriptions and recommendations for all of the menu options. Roppongi is a unique dining experience, with exciting food, a comfortable Japanese atmosphere, and attentive service. A must do for either a group outing or a romantic rendezvous.

I’ve been to Sushi Deli in downtown once and it was good. The service was good and fast as well. The only thing that upsets me is that the p…

My co-workers and I LOVE to meet up at Harney Sushi. It’s quaint, trendy, and the food is great. Reservations are a MUST as it’s usually OVER-crowded and busy. The in-house DJ spins GREAT music and they have DELICIOUS sake. I must warn you however, the LACK of available parking will tempt you to pull your hair out! And…if you don’t get a good waitress (FAR AND FEW between)…your entire experience can be ruined. We’ve gone several times and usually request the waitresses that have provided us with great service in the past. Harney Sushi is GREAT…but they need a BIGGER PARKING LOT…and they need to send their waitress to a 5-day CUSTOMER SERVICE seminar ASAP!!!!!!! Bon Appetite!

This is hands down my favorite sushi spot in San Diego. Even when they are crazy busy, the service is wonderful (no they don?t magically create tables out of thin air, but they are friendly and attentive, which these days is rare). The sushi chefs are a treat, fun and always willing to share some sake (if you are starving sit at the bar and get your sushi super-speedy-like). I?m not one for all the crazy rolls that people come up with, but I will try anything once (or at least a bite or two of whatever everyone else was brave enough to order) and I recommend that you try anything with mango?totally awesome and delish. Bottom line, be prepared to wait because there is always a dinner rush, but in this case the sushi is totally worth the wait (and you may have to go back the next night because you dream about how awesome the sushi was, hey it has been known to happen?).Pros + awesome-ness all around; food, service, atmosphereCons – i guess parking and the fact that other people
