I reserved a room for some guess of mine that were coming from out of town. When we got there we had to wait like 2 hours to get our room. The manager on duty said the confirmantion was not in their system. I called Hotel.com (which also kept disconnecting and after 5 attempts they put me on hold for like 30 minutes.) Hotels.com told me that all they needed was the email they sent me which I had but the mananger would not accept. He ended up charging me for the room (which was also cheaper) and then crediting my credit card once the they received the confirmation. I had to go to the hotel the next morning to make sure they did get confirmation and get a refund!!!! …

Suites were roomy, 2 bedrooms w/ a sofa bed. Not bad price $95 per night. Grounds dingy, common area carpets dirty, lobby very clean and nice, staff nice. Room mostly clean, window sills dirty, popcicle stuck to a couple of walls, food under the bed (dropped candy)

Usually convention hotels are too crowded and less comfortable than this one. Definitely comfortable bed, though some noise comes from the hallway. The convenience to the convention halls right across the street can’t be beat. A nice morning coffee stand, good restaurant, good lobby cocktail service. I only have an issue with the lobby design itself; it seems low ceilinged…
