They ask you if you are celebrating a special occasion, and if you want a candle on your desert. They sing happy birthday like as if you are at Chili’s. I said I wasn’t sure if we were ordering dessert, but if we did, then yes. We had a reservation and were asked to have a seat in a waiting area when we arrived, even though there were quite a few open tables. I was hoping since it was our anniversary they would tuck us away in a quieter room, but we sat right there by the kitchen with tables very close together. Not romantic at all, very loud and cold. We were wondering why there was only one wine glass on the table when we saw the big sticky fingerprints on the glass. I said “I hate to be a pain but this glass is kind of dirty, do you think you….” before I even finished my sentence, the annoyed waiter turned from me and took both glasses…I said “the other glass is fine” but he was gone. The waiter was buddy buddy with the large table next to us, chatting away, but since he was mad

My husband and I attemped to dine here on 1/28/06 with friends after a meeting. We were seated at our table with only a wine menu. After approximately 20 minutes, we had to ask for dinner menus. We ordered our dinner. Forty-five minutes later, no food. We complained to the maitre d’ who rushed our appetizers and gave us a complimentary bottle of wine. Half an hour goes by, no entrees and no waiter. Meanwhile, a couple had sat next to us half an hour after we were seated and they were on dessert. We then decided to walk out of the restaurant. We saw the maitre d’ on the way out and he just let us go. He knew the service had been absolutely awful and the best way to deal with it was to just let us go. It was the worst dinner experience I have ever had.Pros + NoneCons – Food, Staff

If you are ever bored out of your mind or starving this is the place to go! Every where is a flurry of vibrant energy and constant interaction. The food is always excellent and the drinks are always perfect. The bar is very lively and everyone who is waiting is amiable and friendly and if they are dull, annoying, and too good to wait then they usually leave quite quickly? This place is not for the impatient! Sometimes waiting can be longer than 45 minutes but if you are hungry grab a bite and some drinks at the bar otherwise you are in for a long night. This is a place to see and be seen.Pros + bar, food, location, menu selectionCons – parking, waiting time

My best friend who is a chef happened to be in town during Restaurant Week so I decided to take her to Le Coq Au Vin. I have done Restaurant Weeks in other cities and sometimes the food is lacking due…

food was really good, different variety and small portions averaging around $7 to $8 a dish, they were a good size to order a lot to share with friends. belly dancers are definitely a plus although I couldn’t see them from where I was seated. It was a bit loud but that was kind of expected being that it is a very festive and lively place. A good place to go to celebrate an occasion or just a fun night out with friends. Pros + Awesome food and atmosphereCons – Seating wasn’t the best
