According to many sources, it is fuse 32 (20 amp), and you’ll find it under the hood, right wheel housing. Here’s a link to a picture so you can locate the fuse more easily.

According to all Sources it is fuse number 32 and it is a 20 amp fuse. If your car is a 2002 you can find the picture that locates the fuse on page 6-66. here is a picture where to find the fuse. it is located under the hood, right wheel housing. almost all forums say this is an an on going issue with Buick and carry more spare 20 amp fuses.
