For tables more amenable to programs, the Online Data page has a link to http://www.unicode.org/Public/UNIDATA/. There you can find Index.txt, which matches the Character Name Index. There are a number of other tables in the directory, including NamesList.txt and UnicodeData.txt which present the data in hex order with differing information and formats.
