A. The Haskins Award has had a history of presenting the Award at just about any occasion because of the restrictions placed upon Amateur Golfers and NCAA/Collegiate golfers and what the Award Commission can and cannot pay for. However, we hope to present the award in 2009 at the announcement June 18th, 2009. Starting in 2010, the Haskins Commission will announce and present the award at the Thursday night dinner banquet of the Southeastern Amateur.
