Where is the transmission speed sensor at on a 95 dodge intrepid?

I have a 95 Dodge Intrepid and sometimes when I’m driving the car downshifts for no reason. It’s like the car does’nt know what gear to be in….I’ve been talking with some people and they’ve told me it’s the transmission speed sensor that’s making the car do this. But I have no idea where it’s at on the car. Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks guys.
