Where is Triphala obtained from?
Triphala, to the contrary to a belief is a combination of three herbs rather more precisely, three fruits (tri means three and phala means fruit). There is a well known saying that good parents have good children. Same is with the case of triphala. Triphala is composed of three most valuable herbs. These are Amalaki, Haritaki and Bhibitaki. These herbs have a well esteemed place in ayurveda. These are wonderful herbs and are very widely used in various diseases.
