Where should I map the cost of Water Dispensers?
Now almost every office has water dispensers to facilitate convenience and ensure good quality and availability of water.
The General list of parameters to select will look like this:
Placement: floor or table dispensers
Water installation: top or bottom loading
Water filling: with cooling, heating, room temperature
Refrigerator: designed or not

School A and B share the electricity expense. School A receives and pays the electricity bill and invoices School B for their share. Where should the income and expenditure be mapped? School A should map its share of the electricity expense to E16 – Energy and School B’s share to E24 – Special facilities. When School B is invoiced from School A the income should be mapped to I08 – Income from facilities and services. School B should map the invoice they receive from School A to E16 – Energy.
