Where to exchange money in lara beach,im staying in the wow topkapi palace.any ideas?

Today at Wal-Mart the exchange rate if you buy something is 12.92.Using your debt card or a credit card for cash should only be used in an emergency as the local Mexican bank will charge you a fee and your local bank will charge you an international fee and a new change in Mexico is a private person can buy and put out for use an ATM machine and charge a another fee. These can bought at any Cosco or Sam’s Club. So only use an ATM machine at a bank.
