Where to go for reasonable contemporary furniture?

I'm not much into contemporary furniture personally but I do get several mail order catalogs that sell contemporary furniture. I'm more the shabby chic/eclectic type. Money doesn't seem to be an issue with your purchases so I've listed a few rather pricey catalog/sites - the first three mentioned are kind of high end merchandise but you'll get a good product that will hold up and be happy with. If you're furnishing a new home I'd too would go for finely crafted furniture that will stand the test of time over cheap furniture that you'll be replacing in a few years. So, if money isn't an issue I'd suggest Crate and Barrel, Restoration Hardware (don't be fooled by the name, although they do carry restoration hardware they also carry all manner of home furnishings) and Robb & Stucky interior design and patio furnishings.
