It may not really matter, the time when a horse was withdrawn. The relevant time is when it was removed from the bookie’s list of runners. My answer is on the assumption that it is a bet query you wish to get to the bottom of. If this does not help perhaps you can give more information. Edit: If later that same day you access the race on Betfair and press the Rules tab it will tell you when THEY withdrew the horse and what deduction they made. Of course that does not tell you about your particular bookie but you can make some deductions by consulting that race on Oddschecker. You should also note if you took an early price then it is Tattersall’s rule 4(d) which operates and not Rule 4(c). Not all bookies apply Rule 4 correctly in the case of more than one withdrawal.
