A. Work is underway to develop regulations to allow you to file your integrated Annual Return as part of the T2 corporate tax return with the Canada Revenue Agency for taxation years ending on or after January 1, 2009. Ontario corporations may still file their Annual Return as part of the Ontario CT23 corporate tax return with the Ministry of Revenue for taxation years ending on or before December 31, 2008.
